Our Gourmet Pizza is made exclusively from stone-ground Italian flours.

High hydration, around 90%, and long maturation make the dough easy to digest and give it an elegant fragrance.

The pizza is served in wedges to facilitate the client in tasting and to enhance the quality of our toppings, composed of the best products of Italian excellence.
